Employee Relations Management - Biotechnology (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Management professional with a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma) degree to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in managing employee relations, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with labor laws within the biotechnology sector. This role is crucial for maintaining harmonious employee relations and supporting the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies aligned with organizational goals and values.
- Investigate and resolve employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues promptly and impartially.
- Advise management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between management and employees.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in India, including the Factories Act and Industrial Disputes Act.
- Support in the formulation and review of HR policies and employee handbooks.
- Organize and manage employee welfare programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with legal and HR teams on employee-related legal matters.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
