• Create compelling content for various platforms (career website, social media, job boards, internal communications) showcasing Gennova as a desirable workplace.
• Manage and enhance Gennova's presence on employer review sites and professional networking platforms.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
• Design and execute employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive company culture and reinforce employer brand.
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of branding campaigns, using data to optimize strategies and report on ROI.
• Support the talent acquisition team by developing materials and strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in employer branding and employee engagement.
