Endocrine Surgeon (Noida)

We are seeking a dedicated Endocrine Surgeon with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our surgical operations, ensuring profitability and adherence to financial regulations within the fitness and wellness sector. This role requires a unique blend of medical understanding and strong financial acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret complex financial data related to endocrine surgical procedures and services.

Develop and manage budgets for the endocrine surgery department, forecasting expenses and revenue.

Oversee billing, coding, and claims processing to maximize reimbursement and minimize claim denials.

Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, healthcare policies, and accounting standards.

Collaborate with medical staff, administrators, and external stakeholders on financial planning and strategy.

Conduct financial feasibility studies for new surgical services or equipment acquisitions.

Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management.
