Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated individual with a B.Com degree and 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Guwahati. This role will support various operational and analytical functions within our engineering and manufacturing support teams, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our learning product delivery. While the core focus is not direct engineering, this position bridges the gap between educational product development and its physical/digital realization, involving aspects of supply chain, quality control, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management and tracking of raw materials and finished goods inventory for educational kits and learning materials.
- Support the procurement process by liaising with vendors and ensuring timely delivery of components.
- Contribute to quality assurance checks by documenting and reporting on product defects or inconsistencies.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Prepare financial and operational reports related to manufacturing and supply chain activities.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Maintain accurate records of production schedules, material usage, and quality control findings.
- Support the implementation of new manufacturing processes or technologies.
