Job Description

Role Summary:
Aha! Foundation is seeking an innovative and driven individual with an MBA/PGDM and 2-4 years of experience to join our team as an Engineering - Other. This role will focus on leveraging technology and operational strategies to enhance the impact of our social programs. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between technical solutions and our on-ground execution, ensuring efficient program delivery and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing program workflows and identify areas for technological improvement and operational efficiency.
- Research, propose, and oversee the implementation of relevant technological tools and platforms to support educational and welfare initiatives.
- Collaborate with program managers and field staff to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements for technical solutions.
- Develop project plans, manage timelines, and track progress for technology-related initiatives.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed technological interventions.
- Ensure data integrity and security for all program-related information systems.
- Contribute to strategic planning by providing insights on technology adoption and its potential impact on organizational goals.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee the procurement of necessary hardware and software.
- Train staff on new technologies and systems to ensure effective adoption and utilization.
