Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Environment Health and Safety (EHS) professional with an MBA/PGDM to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with 0-2 years of experience looking to contribute to and learn about EHS management within a large-scale infrastructure and real estate development environment. The successful candidate will support the implementation and monitoring of EHS policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of EHS policies, procedures, and programs across project sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Support the investigation of incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics, including safety statistics and environmental impact.
- Contribute to EHS training sessions for employees and contractors.
- Maintain EHS documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Stay updated on relevant EHS legislation, regulations, and best practices in the Indian context.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate EHS considerations into all phases of project lifecycle.
- Assist in managing waste disposal and pollution control measures.
