Equipment Management - Full-Time Role

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and organized Equipment Management professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will hold a BBA/BBM degree and possess a strong understanding of equipment lifecycle management, maintenance scheduling, and inventory control within a large-scale public administration environment. This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal performance and availability of our critical infrastructure equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive equipment management policies and procedures.
• Oversee the procurement, installation, and decommissioning of all equipment.
• Manage a detailed inventory of all equipment, including location, condition, and maintenance history.
• Plan and schedule routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for specialized maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and operational standards related to equipment.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports on equipment status, maintenance activities, and budget utilization.
• Manage the equipment lifecycle, including forecasting replacement needs and optimizing asset utilization.
