F&B Manager Careers in Indore (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic F&B Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations within our corporate facilities in Indore. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and 3-5 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management, preferably within a corporate or hospitality setting. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards, managing staff, controlling costs, and driving revenue growth for our food and beverage outlets and catering services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement F&B strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Manage daily F&B operations, including menu planning, inventory control, procurement, and quality assurance.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of F&B staff to ensure high performance and service excellence.
• Monitor F&B costs, implement cost-control measures, and manage budgets effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Develop and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Analyze F&B performance data and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
