Role Summary: We are seeking a passionate and creative Fashion Designer with 0-2 years of experience to join our team in Surat. This role is ideal for an entry-level designer who is eager to contribute to projects that align with our social mission, focusing on creating sustainable and culturally relevant apparel and textile designs. The ideal candidate will assist in the design process from concept to final product, working closely with artisans and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in conceptualizing and developing new apparel and textile designs, keeping in mind cultural relevance and market trends.

Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, and mood boards for design presentations.

Collaborate with artisans and production teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet quality standards.

Research and source appropriate fabrics, trims, and materials, with a focus on sustainable options.

Develop and maintain design documentation, including specifications and cost sheets.

Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and techniques, particularly within the Indian textile and craft sector.
