Fashion Stylist - Chennai (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Stylist with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of visual aesthetics and digital platforms to enhance the image and communication of our industry association's initiatives, particularly those related to promoting Indian textiles, crafts, and sustainable fashion. This role requires a unique blend of creative vision and technical aptitude, aligning with a BCA educational background.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute styling concepts for promotional materials, events, and digital content aligned with CII's brand and objectives.
- Curate and style outfits for photo shoots, video productions, and live events, ensuring a cohesive and impactful visual narrative.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and program teams to translate project briefs into compelling visual stories.
- Research current fashion trends, industry best practices, and emerging styles relevant to the Indian context, particularly in heritage crafts and sustainable fashion.
- Manage wardrobe, props, and accessories, ensuring efficient inventory and budget management.
- Provide creative input on visual merchandising and presentation for industry exhibitions and trade fairs.
- Assist in the selection and sourcing of garments and accessories from local artisans and designers.
- Utilize digital tools and platforms for mood board creation, concept visualization, and content dissemination.
- Ensure all styling activities are aligned with the organization's mission and ethical guidelines.
