We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join our team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and be adept at managing financial records for a non-profit organization. This role is crucial for ensuring the financial health and transparency of our operations and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and trial balances.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements for NGOs.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Process payroll and manage employee expense reimbursements.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
- Assist in grant financial reporting and management.
- Utilize accounting software and tools effectively to streamline financial processes.
