Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Floor / Building Manager with 1-3 years of experience and an LLM degree to oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen understanding of regulatory compliance and administrative best practices relevant to industry associations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a leading industry body while managing essential building services.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the building, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment.

Manage vendor contracts and service providers for maintenance, housekeeping, security, and other building services.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Coordinate and oversee minor repairs, renovations, and facility upgrades.

Handle tenant/occupant inquiries and resolve issues related to building services.

Develop and manage the building's operational budget, including utilities and maintenance costs.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and incident reports.

Assist in emergency preparedness and response planning.
