Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Formulation Scientist with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Chennai. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong foundational understanding of formulation principles and a willingness to learn and contribute to innovative packaging solutions. You will work closely with senior scientists and researchers to develop and test new packaging formulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and testing of new packaging formulations under the guidance of senior team members.
Conduct basic laboratory experiments and record observations meticulously.
Support the preparation of raw materials and samples for testing.
Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all experimental activities.
Contribute to data collection and basic analysis for research projects.
Learn and apply principles of material science and chemistry in formulation development.
