Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and analytical Fraud Detection / Prevention Specialist with 3-4 years of experience to join our team at HealthifyMe. This role is crucial in safeguarding our platform and users from fraudulent activities within the fitness and wellness domain. The ideal candidate will leverage their design thinking and analytical skills to identify, investigate, and mitigate potential fraud risks, ensuring the integrity of our services and user trust. A Master's degree in Design (M.Des) is preferred for this position, bringing a unique perspective to problem-solving and user experience in fraud prevention.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust fraud detection models and strategies tailored for the digital fitness and wellness ecosystem.
- Analyze user behavior patterns, transaction data, and system logs to identify anomalies and potential fraudulent activities.
- Develop and refine user journey maps to pinpoint vulnerabilities and opportunities for fraud prevention.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to integrate fraud prevention measures seamlessly into the platform.
- Conduct in-depth investigations into suspected fraud cases, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
- Create intuitive dashboards and reports to visualize fraud trends, risks, and the effectiveness of prevention strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest fraud trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements within the fintech and wellness industries.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of fraud detection algorithms and rule sets.
- Design user-friendly communication protocols for flagged suspicious activities, ensuring minimal disruption to legitimate users.
- Conduct user research and usability testing on fraud-related features to ensure clarity and effectiveness.
