Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CSR Coordinator/Associate with an M.Pharma background to join our team in Delhi. This role will support our corporate social responsibility initiatives, focusing on health and wellness programs that align with our company's mission. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience and a strong understanding of pharmaceutical sciences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of CSR projects, particularly those related to health awareness and access to healthcare.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of CSR activities.
- Conduct research on health-related social issues and identify potential areas for intervention.
- Support in data collection, analysis, and reporting for CSR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards.
- Help in organizing health camps, workshops, and other community engagement programs.
- Manage communication and liaison with beneficiaries and partner organizations.
- Contribute to the development of CSR strategy and proposals.
