Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional with 2-4 years of experience and an M.Sc degree to join our Downstream - Other team. This role will involve critical analysis, process optimization, and contributing to the development and enhancement of our payment systems. You will work on diverse projects within the government and public administration sector, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret complex data sets related to payment transactions and system performance.

Identify areas for improvement in existing downstream processes and propose innovative solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, and policy, to implement changes.

Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and system enhancements.

Assist in testing and validation of new features or system upgrades.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Contribute to reporting and presentation of findings to stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
