Full-Time Head - C & B (3-4 Yrs)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and health & wellness benefits.
- Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark compensation and benefits against industry standards and competitor offerings.
- Support the HR team in the annual salary review and bonus process.
- Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and providing excellent employee support.
- Prepare reports and presentations on C&B related data for management review.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HRIS systems for C&B related information.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to communicate C&B programs effectively.
