Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent KYC Analyst to join our team in Lucknow. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements by verifying customer identities and conducting background checks. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent B.Pharma graduate looking to enter the compliance and regulatory field within the medical devices sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on new and existing clients in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Review and analyze customer documentation to verify identity, address, and other relevant information.
- Identify and report suspicious activities or discrepancies to senior management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all KYC activities and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including legal and compliance, to ensure adherence to regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of KYC procedures and policies.
- Stay informed about changes in relevant regulations and industry best practices.
