We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sports Coach with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sports programs, coaching employees, and promoting a healthy and active lifestyle within the company. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about sports and fitness, with a degree (post-graduation not required) and a foundational understanding of coaching principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging sports and fitness training sessions for employees of varying skill levels.
- Organize and manage internal sports events, competitions, and recreational activities.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to participants, fostering teamwork and sportsmanship.
- Monitor participant progress and provide feedback to enhance performance and well-being.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all sports activities.
- Collaborate with HR and Wellness teams to promote employee health and engagement.
