- Document test results, defects, and provide clear and concise reports to the development and product teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, operations, and customer service, to understand business needs and test accordingly.
- Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback on usability and functionality.
- Support in the creation and maintenance of test data.
- Learn and apply various testing methodologies and tools relevant to the e-commerce domain.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the quality assurance framework.
