Geoscientist Manager - Noida

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and analytical Geoscientist Manager with 3-5 years of experience and an M.Des degree to join our dynamic team in Noida. This role will involve leveraging geological insights and design thinking principles to innovate and enhance our product development lifecycle within the Beauty & Personal Care sector. You will be instrumental in exploring new material possibilities and ensuring the sustainability and efficacy of our product formulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct geological and material research to identify novel ingredients and sustainable sourcing opportunities for beauty and personal care products.
- Apply design thinking methodologies to translate scientific findings into innovative product concepts and user experiences.
- Collaborate with R&D, product development, and marketing teams to integrate geological insights into product strategy and formulation.
- Analyze geological data and trends to inform material selection, packaging design, and supply chain optimization.
- Develop and manage projects related to material innovation, focusing on performance, aesthetics, and environmental impact.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in geoscience, material science, and the beauty industry.
