German Teacher - M.Des Professionals (3-5 Yrs)

The ideal candidate will have a Master of Design (M.Des) degree and 3-5 years of experience in teaching German language and culture. You will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging German language curriculum tailored for our diverse workforce, fostering cross-cultural understanding and supporting our global initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement comprehensive German language courses for various proficiency levels, from beginner to advanced.
- Develop engaging lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools, incorporating design thinking principles.
- Conduct interactive classroom sessions, ensuring active participation and effective learning.
- Provide constructive feedback on student progress, language proficiency, and cultural understanding.
- Organize and facilitate cultural exchange activities and workshops to enhance immersion.
- Collaborate with HR and L&D departments to align curriculum with organizational needs and employee development goals.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in language pedagogy and design education.
