Ground Staff - Education / Training (Nagpur)

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Ground Staff member with 2-4 years of experience and an MCA degree to join our team in Nagpur. The Ground Staff will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our training center, supporting both faculty and students. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical background from an MCA to understand and support our IT-enabled training environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the training center, including student onboarding and administrative tasks.

Manage and maintain training materials, equipment, and facilities, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.

Provide technical support to students and trainers related to IT infrastructure and learning management systems (LMS).

Coordinate with faculty and administrative staff to schedule classes, workshops, and events.

Handle student inquiries, provide information about courses and facilities, and resolve minor issues.

Maintain accurate records of student attendance, course progress, and administrative data.

Support in organizing and executing training sessions and assessments.

Collaborate with the IT department for any technical troubleshooting or system maintenance.
