Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hardware Reliability Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is crucial for ensuring the long-term performance and dependability of our hardware systems used in critical infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in hardware principles and a passion for identifying and mitigating potential failure points.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct failure analysis on hardware components and systems to identify root causes of failures.

Develop and implement reliability testing procedures and protocols.

Analyze test data and performance metrics to predict hardware lifespan and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to incorporate reliability considerations into new product development.

Maintain and update reliability databases and documentation.

Participate in design reviews and provide input on hardware selection for reliability.

Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in hardware reliability.
