Head - Analytics / BI - B.Tech/B.E. Professionals

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Head - Analytics / BI to join our growing team in Nasik. This role is crucial in driving data-informed decision-making across the organization, shaping our product strategy, and optimizing business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with a B.Tech/B.E. degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience in analytics and business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the analytics and BI function, defining and implementing the data strategy for the company.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key business metrics and KPIs.

Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Mentor and manage a team of analysts, fostering a data-driven culture.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across all reporting and analytical processes.

Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in analytics and BI.
