Head - Analytics / BI for BBA/BBM Graduates (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Head - Analytics / BI with 3-4 years of experience, ideally with a BBA/BBM background, to lead our analytics and business intelligence initiatives. This role will be instrumental in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across our recruitment and staffing operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing analytical frameworks, dashboards, and reports to monitor key performance indicators and identify trends.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of BI dashboards and reports to track recruitment metrics, candidate pipelines, and client performance.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement and business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Recruitment, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Perform data quality checks and ensure the accuracy and integrity of analytical outputs.
- Proactively identify key business questions and develop analytical approaches to answer them.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and business intelligence.
