Head - Facilities - M.Sc Professionals

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head - Facilities to oversee and manage all aspects of facility operations at our Vijayawada location. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and safe functioning of our extensive infrastructure, supporting our mission in the power generation sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of facility management principles and a proven track record in managing large-scale operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive facility management strategies aligned with NTPC's operational goals.

Manage all aspects of building operations, including maintenance, security, housekeeping, and energy management.

Oversee the planning, execution, and supervision of all facility-related projects, renovations, and repairs.

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships for facility services.

Lead and mentor a team of facility staff, fostering a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement.

Conduct regular inspections and assessments of facilities to identify and address potential issues.

Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.

Manage space planning and allocation to optimize resource utilization.
