Head - HR (2-4 Yrs Experience)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Head - HR to join our growing team in Vishakhapatnam. You will play a crucial role in shaping our HR strategies and supporting our employee base during a period of significant expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and legal requirements.

Support talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new employees.

Contribute to employee relations initiatives, conflict resolution, and performance management.

Help manage HRIS and maintain accurate employee records.

Participate in the development and execution of training and development programs.

Provide support for compensation and benefits administration.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations specific to the medical devices industry.
