Role Summary:
We are seeking an aspiring and motivated individual to join our team as Head - Program Management. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent M.Tech graduate looking to kickstart their career in large-scale project execution within the Engineering & Construction sector. You will be responsible for supporting senior program managers in planning, executing, and monitoring complex engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Support the tracking of project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and management.
