Head - Program Management - Junior Role

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Head of Program Management. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent BCA graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in managing and coordinating various program initiatives within our biotechnology operations in Nasik. You will work closely with senior program managers and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of program activities.
Support the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
Track project progress, identify potential risks, and report on status to stakeholders.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
Facilitate communication between different teams and departments.
Help in managing program documentation and ensuring data accuracy.
Learn and apply program management best practices and methodologies.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the program management office.
Support the procurement and vendor management process for program-related activities.
