Head - Program / Project - L&T (Lucknow)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head - Program / Project to lead and manage key initiatives within our Infrastructure and Real Estate division in Lucknow. This role is ideal for an individual with 2-3 years of relevant experience and a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree, looking to make a significant impact in a leading Indian conglomerate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple infrastructure and real estate projects from conception to completion.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project progress, generate regular status reports, and communicate key updates to senior management.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and government agencies to facilitate project success.
- Contribute to strategic planning and business development within the program/project management function.
