Head - Taxation - Junior Role

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as a Junior Taxation Associate. This role is ideal for a recent BCA graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in the complexities of corporate taxation within the medical devices industry. You will support the taxation team in ensuring compliance, managing documentation, and contributing to tax strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and filing of Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns and other indirect tax filings.
- Support in the preparation of direct tax computations and documentation.
- Maintain accurate tax records and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Conduct preliminary research on tax-related queries and provide support to the senior taxation team.
- Assist in the reconciliation of tax entries in the accounting system.
- Help in the preparation of documentation for tax audits and assessments.
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations impacting the company.
