Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and technically adept individual to join our team as Head - Tech Support. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent M.Tech graduate looking to kickstart their career in the dynamic healthcare and life sciences sector. You will be instrumental in providing essential technical support to our internal teams, ensuring smooth IT operations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

Respond to user tickets and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.

Document technical issues and resolutions for knowledge base development.

Collaborate with senior IT staff on troubleshooting complex technical challenges.

Support the implementation of new IT initiatives and projects.

Maintain a high level of customer service and user satisfaction.
