Hotel / General Manager (0-1 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Hotel / General Manager with 0-1 years of experience, ideally with an MBA/PGDM, to join our rapidly growing healthcare facility in Vadodara. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel services within the hospital, providing a comfortable and supportive environment for patients and their families. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, ready to take on responsibilities in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the hospital's hotel services, including guest relations, room management, and F&B coordination.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with other hospital departments to ensure seamless patient experience.
- Assist in budget preparation and cost control measures.
- Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.
- Support in event management and catering services as required.
- Contribute to the development and execution of service improvement initiatives.
