Housekeeping Manager / Supervisor for LLB Graduates (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and organized Housekeeping Manager / Supervisor with 1-3 years of experience, ideally with an LLB degree, to oversee and manage housekeeping operations at our Indore facility. This role requires a unique blend of operational management and legal understanding to ensure compliance, safety, and efficiency in all housekeeping services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive housekeeping policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to company standards and legal regulations.
- Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are met.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and availability.
- Investigate and resolve any housekeeping-related issues or complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, including those related to waste management and chemical handling.
- Liaise with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules and special event requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, staff performance, and inventory.
- Utilize understanding of legal frameworks to ensure compliance with labor laws and contractual obligations related to housekeeping services.
