HR Business Partner (HRBP) - 2-3 Yrs

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical sector to join our team in Gurgaon. This role will be instrumental in partnering with business leaders to drive talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness within the assigned business units. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Pharma background to understand the unique needs of our scientific and operational teams, translating business objectives into HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on all HR-related matters including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and organizational development.
* Partner with the business to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and support business unit objectives.
* Drive the talent management cycle, including workforce planning, succession planning, career development, and identifying high-potential employees.
* Champion employee engagement initiatives, conduct employee surveys, and implement action plans to improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
* Provide coaching and support to managers on employee development, conflict resolution, and performance improvement.
* Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies, and manage employee relations issues effectively.
* Utilize HR analytics and data to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders.
* Leverage understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including R&D, manufacturing, and commercial functions, to provide tailored HR support.
* Facilitate change management processes and support organizational restructuring as needed.
