HR Business Partner (HRBP) Job Opportunity - Government / Public Administration

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with departmental heads to understand their HR needs and provide strategic HR support.
• Assist in the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives across the organization.
• Contribute to talent management strategies, including succession planning and employee development programs.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
• Assist in data analysis and reporting on HR metrics to inform decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations.
