HR Policy & Compliance - Kolkata

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented HR Policy & Compliance professional to join our team in Kolkata. This role is crucial for ensuring our HR practices align with legal requirements and internal policies, fostering a fair and compliant work environment. You will be instrumental in drafting, implementing, and maintaining HR policies, supporting compliance initiatives, and contributing to the overall HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development, review, and update of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and regulations.

Support the implementation and communication of new or revised HR policies across the organization.

Help in conducting HR compliance audits and investigations, ensuring accurate documentation and resolution.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations in India.

Assist in employee grievance handling and resolution processes, ensuring fairness and adherence to policy.

Prepare reports and documentation related to HR policies, compliance, and employee relations.

Support HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks related to policy and compliance.
