Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented HVAC Supervisor with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will possess a M.Pharma degree, bringing a unique perspective to ensuring optimal environmental control within our real estate projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of HVAC technicians and maintenance staff.
Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of new HVAC equipment and systems.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems, recommending and executing appropriate repair solutions.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
Manage inventory of HVAC spare parts and supplies, ensuring availability for timely repairs.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repair, and inspection activities.
Assist in the planning and execution of HVAC-related upgrades and retrofits.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure HVAC systems meet project requirements.
