Job Description

Role Summary:
Smile Foundation is seeking a motivated and creative Image Consultant with 0-1 years of experience and a BCA degree to enhance our brand perception and communication strategies within the NGO sector. The role involves understanding our mission and translating it into compelling visual and textual narratives that resonate with our stakeholders, donors, and beneficiaries. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional to make a significant impact in a socially conscious organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing brand guidelines and visual identity standards across all communication channels.
- Create engaging visual content (presentations, social media graphics, infographics) aligned with the organization's mission and values.
- Support the communications team in crafting compelling narratives for reports, proposals, and outreach materials.
- Conduct basic market research to understand stakeholder perceptions and identify areas for improvement in brand messaging.
- Maintain and organize digital assets and brand collateral.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand representation.
- Provide support in organizing and executing awareness campaigns and events.
- Leverage BCA knowledge to assist with digital content management and basic website updates.
