Implementation Manager - Beauty & Personal Care Sector (1-3 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Pharma background to oversee and manage the successful implementation of new product lines, operational processes, and strategic initiatives within the beauty and personal care sector. This role requires a strong understanding of product development lifecycles, regulatory compliance, and project management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Manage the end-to-end implementation of new beauty and personal care product launches, from concept to market.
• • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and sales to ensure seamless project execution.
• • Ensure all implemented processes and products comply with relevant industry regulations and quality standards.
• • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, tracking progress and identifying potential risks.
• • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, providing regular updates on implementation status.
• • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the implementation phase.
• • Contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and best practices.
