Job Description

We are seeking a creative and innovative Industrial Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of design thinking and analytical skills, potentially honed through an LLM (Large Language Model) education, to contribute to the development of impactful educational tools and programs. This role involves understanding user needs within the social impact sector and translating them into tangible, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with program teams to understand educational challenges and user needs, particularly for children and educators in underserved communities.

Leverage LLM capabilities for user research, data analysis, and generating design concepts for educational materials, learning aids, and digital platforms.

Develop prototypes and mockups, incorporating user feedback and iterating on designs to ensure usability and effectiveness.

Translate complex educational concepts into intuitive and engaging design solutions.

Work with external manufacturers and stakeholders to ensure quality and feasibility of production for physical educational tools.

Stay updated on the latest trends in educational technology, design, and social impact.
