Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Trainer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will assist in developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for our diverse workforce within the Infrastructure, Transport & Real Estate sector. This role requires a B.Tech/B.E. graduate with a keen understanding of adult learning principles and a passion for employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and development of engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.

Facilitate training sessions for employees across various departments, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill enhancement.

Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance tracking.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.

Manage training logistics, including scheduling, participant registration, and resource allocation.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in corporate training and talent development.
