Role Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Inventory Management professional with 2-3 years of experience and a Master of Design (M.Des) degree. This role is crucial for optimizing our supply chain and ensuring the efficient management of medical supplies and equipment within our Ludhiana facility. The ideal candidate will bring a design thinking approach to problem-solving, focusing on creating efficient and user-friendly inventory systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement user-centric inventory tracking systems, leveraging design principles to improve accuracy and accessibility.

Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and proactively address potential shortages or overstock situations.

Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to understand their needs and design efficient workflows for supply requisition and distribution.

Design and optimize storage layouts and processes to maximize space utilization and minimize handling time.

Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and quality standards for inventory management.

Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, turnover rates, and cost-saving opportunities.
