Investment Banking Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation modeling (DCF, precedent transactions, comparable companies), and market research to support client engagements.
• Assist in the preparation of client presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials for M&A transactions, IPOs, and debt financing.
• Support deal execution, including due diligence, transaction structuring, and negotiation processes.
• Monitor industry trends, economic developments, and competitor activities relevant to client sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal deal teams.
• Collaborate with senior bankers to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic advice for clients.
