Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Audit professional with 2-3 years of experience and a strong M.Tech background to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing and evaluating IT controls, systems, and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies within the medical devices and equipment industry. This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to the security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct IT audits to assess the design and effectiveness of internal controls over IT processes and systems.
- Perform risk assessments of IT infrastructure, applications, and data management practices.
- Evaluate compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, IT Act) and industry standards.
- Document audit findings, identify control weaknesses, and recommend remediation actions.
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT audit projects, including scope definition and fieldwork.
- Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to understand processes and gather evidence.
- Prepare clear and concise audit reports for management and relevant stakeholders.
- Stay updated with emerging IT trends, security threats, and audit methodologies.
