Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized IT Project Manager with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Kochi. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.A. degree who is eager to contribute to the dynamic medical devices and equipment industry. You will support the planning, execution, and closing of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Track project progress and report on key milestones and potential risks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, R&D, and operations.
- Support the implementation of new IT systems and software.
- Help manage project documentation and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and team members.
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks in a timely manner.
- Contribute to post-project analysis and lessons learned.
