IT Vendor Management - 2-3 Yrs - Beauty & Personal Care

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated IT Vendor Management professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Thane. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/BBM degree and a passion for the beauty and personal care industry. You will be responsible for managing IT vendors, ensuring service delivery, and optimizing vendor performance to support our growing business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage relationships with IT vendors, including software providers, hardware suppliers, and service partners.

Monitor vendor performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and onboarding.

Track vendor invoices and payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in vendor engagements.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations for all vendor activities.

Support IT projects by coordinating vendor activities and ensuring timely delivery of services.

Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, performance data, and communication.
