Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Vendor Management professional to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our IT vendor relationships, ensuring service delivery, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with contractual agreements. This role requires a strong understanding of IT operations, procurement processes, and excellent negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee relationships with IT vendors, including software providers, hardware suppliers, and service partners.
- Develop and implement vendor management strategies to ensure optimal performance and value.
- Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing with vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance against agreed-upon metrics and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT vendor engagements.
- Ensure vendor compliance with company policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the procurement process for IT hardware, software, and services.
- Track IT spending and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Act as a liaison between internal IT teams and external vendors.
- Resolve vendor-related issues and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
