Junior Design Engineer (0-2 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Design Engineer with a unique background in Law (LLB) to join our dynamic team in Vishakhapatnam. You will be instrumental in designing and optimizing processes, ensuring compliance, and contributing to our innovative service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing recruitment and staffing processes, identifying areas for improvement and design efficiency.
- Develop and document new process flows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and guidelines.
- Ensure all designed processes and documentation comply with relevant Indian labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct legal research to support the development of compliant HR policies and employee contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and refine process designs.
- Assist in the creation of training materials for new and existing employees on process adherence.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented designs and suggest further enhancements.
- Support in the drafting and review of legal documents related to staffing and employment.
